Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) requires architect-engineer (AE) services for project planning, preliminary engineering, and post-design support during acquisitions and construction, collectively referred to as Preliminary Engineering (PE). PE encompasses the identification of transportation system deficiencies through successful project completion. Services include development of high-level project feasibility iterations and all aspects of project development, such as project management, design activities, surveying, Right of Way, environmental compliance, technical services, and administrative support. The government intends to award up to five contracts for a five-year period, with two contracts set aside for small businesses.
