Construction services are required to construct a campus security fence surrounding the Vancouver VA Medical Center campus. The contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish all labor and materials necessary to perform work under Project 648-20-121, Construct Campus Security Fence and Access Control (Vancouver). All work shall be performed in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and contract documents, including installation of fencing and associated access control features as required. Certain solicitation attachments contain Controlled Unclassified Information, and access to those documents is restricted and subject to government-specified safeguarding and use requirements. Location: Vancouver VA Medical Center, 1601 E 4th Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661. Questions are due by 5/12/26 by 16:00PM PST in writing via email to Contract Specialist Hector Sierra-Almedina at Hector.sierraalmedina@va.gov and CO Colleen Nicholson at colleen.nicholson@va.gov. The magnitude of this acquisition is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
