The scope of work involves the procurement of brand name commercial supplies under a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is set aside for 100% Small Business participation under NAICS Code 332410 with a size standard of 1,300 employees. Vendors must provide supplies that meet all specifications outlined in the solicitation and submit quotes that include pricing, FOB Destination shipping costs, delivery terms, and a detailed unpriced capabilities statement. Quotes must also include official company information, point of contact details, CAGE code, and an authorized distributor letter from the original equipment manufacturer. Delivery is required by January 30, 2026, and shipping terms are FOB Destination. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide completed representations and certifications if not already available in SAM. Award will be made based on best value considering price, delivery, technical acceptability, and past performance. Quotes must remain valid for at least 60 days.
