The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 25C646011 entitled CHP Otay Mesa Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) – Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement. Contractor agrees to provide the California Highway Patrol's (CHP) Otay Mesa Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF), the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary for the HVAC Replacement Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractor State License Board, C-20 HVAC Contractor B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond (STD. 807) equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement.
