Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Parsons, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work includes the construction of a New Sewer Lift Station, Wetwell, and Bar Screen; 1025 feet of 12-inch Gravity Sewer Line; 450 feet of 6-inch Force Main Sewer Line; electrical work and fencing. The allotted time for construction is 240 calendar days. Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee and comply with the Tennessee Contractor's License law Section 62-6-119. All bid documents may be examined and obtained from TLM Associates, Inc. Official plan holders must periodically check specified websites for Addenda. The project is subject to the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act, American Iron and Steel, and Build America, Buy America provisions. Compliance with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) requirements is mandatory, including contacting a minimum of 10 qualified DBE sub-contractors, professional service providers, vendors, and/or suppliers by certified mail to solicit bids, and submitting evidence of this prior to contract award. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after bid receipt.
