Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in New Westminster, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Ministry of Citizens' Services, Province of B.C. invites General Contractors to submit a sealed tender for General Construction Services for the renovation and construction of a new First Nations Courtroom, Elder retreat room and flexible meeting areas. The project will also consist of the relocation of the Judicial Case Managers' office and associated renovations within the New Westminster Law Courts. TIMELINE: Tender is cancelled. Timelines for re-tender is undetermined. Further update in fall 2026, upon approvals.
