Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in New Westminster, British Columbia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Ministry of Citizens' Services, Province of B.C. invites General Contractors to submit a sealed tender for General Construction Services for the renovation and construction of a new First Nations Courtroom, Elder retreat room and flexible meeting areas. The project will also consist of the relocation of the Judicial Case Managers' office and associated renovations within the New Westminster Law Courts. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Question Deadline 01/06/2026- During the holidays, questions may be submitted per usual process, but responses may not be posted until after January 6th, 2026.
