This establishes the amount that should be reported on the Final Payment Reporting Form as part of the TSB Program. SUMMARY OF WORK a. Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at Chemistry Building, 230 North Madison Street, Iowa City, IA. b. The Constructor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings dated December 9th, 2025. c. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may be specifically mentioned. d. General Description of Work: 1) This renovation project will upgrade the elevator, elevator shaft, lobbies, and elevator machine room to facilitate proper functioning of equipment and adherence to code standards. It will improve access to the machine room with the installation of a new stairwell, and stairwell penthouse, that will grant direct access to the mechanical room. Two room layouts on the 5th floor will be rearranged to allow for the space needed for the new stairway.
