Renovation of an office development in Floodwood, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the replacement of four overhead garage doors on the Floodwood Area Forestry Office. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event. You must enter a bid amount in the Your Unit Bid Price Field. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. Once you have completed and submitted your response, you will receive a system confirmation message that your response has been 'accepted'. Print and save the confirmation for your file. The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the replacement of four overhead garage doors on the Floodwood Area Forestry Office. Specifications: 1. Remove and properly dispose of existing overhead doors. 2. Provide and install (to manufactures specs) four (4) 10ft wide x 9ft high new Clopay Classic Steel series (or approved equivalent), R-12.9 (minimum) steel 2-sided thermal doors (size and color to match existing standard track, long panel, plain long clear insulated glass in top sections. Contractor to verify measurements. 3. New doors to have an R-Value of 12.9 or greater. 4. New doors to have 12-inch radius, slide locks and torsion spring. 5. Provide and install inside slide locks. 6. Upon completion cycle doors to ensure a smooth and proper function. 7. Clean up and properly dispose of all debris generated on site.
