Job: To remove and replace (12) curtain wall windows on the west side of the City's Public Safety Building located at 123 Walnut Street Harrisburg, PA 17101. Job Scope Job is for the entire East side, 2nd and 3rd floors, of the Public Safety Building Bonding - See Exhibit F Completely remove existing windows Furnish and install 12 Kawneer 1600 Curtainwall 48 Kawneer Vents with Screens 96 Steel Wind Load/Dead Load Clips to Secure Curtainwall Furnish and install 48 pieces of 1-inch tempered insulated glass with blue spandrel. Furnish and install 96 pieces of 1-inch clear w/ Solarban 60 HS Glass Furnish and install all nuts, bolts and washers needed for steel clips Furnish and install any brake metal needed at the sills, heads or interior walls that touch the curtainwalls DOW 795 Caulking Demo and Disposal of Old Glass Include a minimum manufacturer's twenty (20) year full (non-prorated) warranty and a minimum two (2) year installation warranty. Clean job site of all work-related debris. Put window fixtures back to previous condition Man-Lift Rental Bids shall meet or exceed all industry standards when performing this work. The existing windows should be studied carefully in the pre-bid walkthrough and duplicated. Contractor is responsible to shift furniture, cabinets, and shelving to install units. Contractor is responsible for moving all furniture, cabinets, and shelving back to its original location. The Contractor is responsible for carefully removing all existing window coverings, including curtains, blinds, and related hardware. Dispose of existing windows, frames and other materials
