Horizon View Building B - remediation for all balconies (54 units total) and structural rehabilitation at corner posts of Units 103, 104, 110, and 111, and balconies at and above Units 108 and 113 (12 balconies total). Breakwater Building A - structural rehabilitation design for balconies at and above Units 105, 110, and 111 (9 balconies total). Breakwater Building B - structural rehabilitation design for balconies at and above Unit 117 (3 balconies total). Edgewater Building C - Rim board rehabilitation at Unit 110, and rehabilitation of balconies at and above Units 114 and 108 (8 balconies total). TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants is underway. Tender from general contractors is expected to be issued in March 2026.
