Rainelle Medical Center, referred to as the Owner, invites contractors to submit sealed bids for the New White Sulphur Springs Facility Rainelle Medical Center. Bidding Documents have been prepared by ZMM LLC Architects and Engineers. Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the Owner until 12:00 p.m., local time, on January 7, 2026, at which time and place the bids will be privately opened and read. Prime contract bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at the building site. Prime Contract Bidders can obtain Bidding Documents by emailing ZMM LLC Architects and Engineers for online access to the PDF files. Hard copies are available from Charleston Blueprint at the actual cost of printing, binding, and mailing. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. Each Bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and provide the registration certificate number on the Form of Proposal. All bidders must be licensed to perform work in the State of West Virginia before submitting a bid, and provide their Contractor license number on the Form of Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities. The successful bidder must execute and deliver a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each at least equal to the contract sum, within ten days after award and before signing the contract. A Warranty Bond must also be submitted at this time.
