This project is number 26-3002. the present request could be subject to the provisions of the law on integrity in matters of public contracts. the bidder (firm or group of firms) who will file an application must hold the authorization of the public procurement authority to be able to conclude a contract or a sub-public contracting if the contract includes an expense equal to or greater than the amount determined by the government. In the absence of such authorization at the time of filing this submission, it will be automatically rejected.
