Project description the tmsp is a comprehensive, multi-phase initiative to modernize and seismically upgrade the memphis airport's terminal facilities to meet modern standards of efficiency, resiliency, safety, and sustainability. The Request For Proposal (RFP) is to provide Design-Assist and Preconstruction services for the Curtain Wall, Conveying Systems, and Mechanical packages. Pre qualification all proposing companies must be prequalified at the time of proposal submission.
