Demolition for a municipal facility in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
**As of January 9, 2026, the project was awarded to Elite Hauling & Landworks but the awarded amount is not available.** Provide a wet demolition and remove all structures at 507 Booker Street, Mobile, Alabama 36604, including all footings, slabs, and other structural elements (field verify). Disconnect and cap off all utility lines such as sanitary sewer, water, and gas in a manner satisfactory to the respective agency and the City. Clear the lot by removing all debris resulting from demolition, as well as any designated debris on the site. Provide sediment and erosion control measures, grassing, and employ best management practices for demolitions involving lead-based paint and/or asbestos-containing materials, per specifications. Submit before and after demolition photographs to the City, along with the waste shipment record, invoice for payment, and all required close-out documents.
