Site work for a water / sewer project in Canyon Lake, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Under these specifications, the contractor shall perform all the work for the construction of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 15-inch VCP trunk sewer, 900 linear feet of 8-inch VCP sewer main, manholes, sewer service laterals, 8-inch PVC water main and appurtenances in accordance with the specifications and the contract drawings. The work includes abandonment of existing septic tanks and dispersal systems, implementation of construction traffic control, saw cutting pavement, trenching, shoring, dewatering, backfilling, compaction, and restoration of AC pavement, traffic signal loops, signing and striping, etc. Bidders must meet License Requirements Classification A - General Engineering Contractor and/or Classification C-34 - Pipeline Contractor, and must be a registered DIR Public Works Contractor. Bid Bond is required at 10%.
