Renovation of a military facility in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Install a generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) identified as G575 and AS4300 in accordance with the project specifications and applicable drawings. Work includes all necessary mechanical and electrical connections, integration with existing systems, and compliance with general requirements outlined for Mechanical MACC Contractors. Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and operational readiness of the installed equipment as specified in the contract documents. Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to tony.d.benson.civ@us.navy.mil. The cut off for RFIs is September 19, 2025, by 2:00 PM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. Contract Completion Date: 365 days after award. Estimated Cost Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
