Sealed proposals are requested for the following materials: 2,000 tons (more or less) of 1B (#8) Aggregate; 1,500 tons (more or less) of inch Crusher Run (formerly 2A #307); 500 tons (more or less) of 2B (#57 - 1") Aggregate; 300 tons (more or less) of #3 Ballast (#4 Crush Stone); 500 tons (more or less) of Gabion Stone 6" - 8" (R3 Rip Rap); 500 tons (more or less) of R6 Rip Rap Stone; 500 tons (more or less) of 3A-3" Crusher Run; 100 tons (more or less) of Cold Patch; and 10,000 gallons (more or less) of No. 2 Diesel Fuel. Bidders may bid on any or all items listed. The materials specified must meet the standard specifications of the PA Department of Transportation. Bid forms must be obtained through the municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to Richhill Township. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
