Demolition and renovation of a laboratory facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade laboratory facility.
Sealed proposals will be received from Single Prime Contractors for the construction of the Constable Laboratory Building Renovation Phase 1 - Selective Demolition. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained by submitting a request at www.smithsinnett.com/documents or from Smith Sinnett Architecture, 4600 Lake Boone Trail, Suite 205, Raleigh, NC 27607 during normal office hours. A plan deposit is required for a hard copy. The State of North Carolina and the North Carolina National Guard reserve the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of 60 days.
