Site work for a water / sewer project in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Install and test wells for possible sites for future production wells, including test well installation, preliminary yield, and water quality analyses. Provide a report for DOH/DEC/EFC and others with recommendations. Provide production well hydrogeologic services, including general consultation, preliminary report to CCHD, NYSDOH, NYSDEC, and EFC, assistance with drilling services contracting, large diameter well drilling, design, installation and development, down-hole video inspection, step and 72-hour constant rate pumping tests, water quality analyses, pumping test analyses, and hydrogeologic report to NYSDEC, CCHD, and NYSDOH. Provide construction and post construction assistance. Proposals shall be submitted in two parts, technical and cost. The technical proposal should demonstrate the firm's qualifications and capability to perform the required work, project approach, and schedule. The technical proposal must include experience and qualifications, project team, and project approach. The cost proposal should be in a separate envelope and include an estimate of person-hours and rates for each proposed task with an approximate cost per task. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
