All work under this contract is to be completed within the timeframe indicated in the Project Schedule portion of the Project Manual, starting immediately upon notice to proceed after contract approval. Bids must be submitted in duplicate as per the instructions in the Information for Bidders. A bid security of at least five percent of the Total Bid is required. The project encourages participation from minority business enterprises, subcontractors, and suppliers. All bidders are expected to cooperate with this policy. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
