The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD), requires snow and ice removal services at the Alleghany County Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) in Cumberland, Maryland (Facility MD006). The work includes clearing snow and ice from designated areas as outlined in the attached draft Scope of Work and site map. Contractors must demonstrate a clear understanding of all tasks specified in the draft SOW and confirm full capability to perform these services. This is a follow-on requirement to the previous contract W15QKN-20-D-5083, currently held by Lonnie DuPree Landscaping & Lawn Care LLC, with the existing task order ending January 20, 2026. The period of performance shall be for 12 months from the effective date of award with four 12-month option periods. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
