Scope of Work Removal of existing textured acrylic wall system and any damaged plywood beneath the exterior layer. Installation of new 3/4" PT plywood sheathing and 5/8" DensGlass. Application of new 5/8" light-textured stucco finish. Installation of a 60 mil TPO white roofing system with 1/4" DensDeck and associated flashing, drip edge, and sealants. Supply and installation of one (1) 6'x7' impact-rated flush hollow metal door with glass vision panel. Reinstallation of existing awning. Removal and reinstallation of HVAC unit during wall demolition and finish work. Exterior painting including primer and two finish coats to walls, entry doors, and steel frame components. Site cleanup and waste disposal (dumpster allowance included) The work under this specification includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform building exterior improvements to the FKAA Ocean Reef EFI Pump Station.
