The project involves a design-build effort for the construction of a new Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Key West International Airport (EYW) in Key West, Florida. The scope includes all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil work necessary to deliver a fully functional ATCT facility. Work will encompass site preparation, utility connections, and integration of FAA systems and equipment. The contractor will be responsible for design development, permitting, and compliance with applicable FAA standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
