The Monroe County School District is requesting bids for a district wide painting services contract. The scope of work includes painting services at Monroe County School District sites, covering locations from Key Largo to Key West. Specifications and proposal documents may be accessed via the Monroe County School District e-Procurement Portal, the district website, or by contacting the Internal Services Department / Purchasing Division. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement Portal. Hard copy or email proposals will not be accepted. All proposals must be entered in OpenGov by the designated deadline. Each proposal must remain valid for ninety days or until the School Board awards the contract. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or to waive formalities in the best interest of the Board. Responses from persons or affiliates on the convicted vendor list prepared by the Department of General Services, State of Florida, will be rejected.
