This ITB is for Fire Alarm repairs and certifying alarm panels for the entire district. The initial contract will be for one year with the option of up to three additional one year renewals. Question Response Deadline: October 7, 2025, 5:00pm Contractor Selection Date: October 15, 2025 Board Meeting: November 18, 2025 No waivers shall be allowed for proposals which have not been submitted by the deadline date. All proposals must remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days or until the School Board approves the contract. All timely submitted proposals will be reviewed for responsiveness and suitability for the District's needs, and a recommendation will be made for the School Board to award this solicitation to the vendor whose proposal/bid represents the best interests of the Monroe County School District. The Monroe County School District reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any and all proposals or to waive formalities when it is in the best interest of the Board to do so. The School Board will automatically reject the response of any person or affiliate who appears on the convicted vendor list prepared by the Department of General Services, State of Florida, under Section 287.133(3) (d), F.S. (2024). This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) and recommendation of award will go to the lowest priced qualified bidder.
