Site work for a water / sewer project in Key West Nas, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of providing all labor, materials, supervision, power, equipment and supplies for replacing the roof, repairing various areas, and repainting the interior and exterior of the 5-million gallon steel potable water storage tank located at FKAAs Desal facility in Stock Island. The scope includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of the tank roof, manway, shell nozzle, overflow pipe, and shell ladders. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a copy of certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. A copy of the certified check must be attached to the bid proposal in e-builder. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Contract, as prescribed in the Contract Documents. The FKAA reserves the right to reject all Proposals where the FKAA deems rejection to be in its best interest, or to reject any Proposal not in compliance with the Contract Documents. The FKAA reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities in said Proposals.
