The City of Ocoee, Florida is soliciting sealed bids for the City of Ocoee Downtown Septic to Sewer Connections Project. Bids will only be accepted electronically through Euna Procurement. Bids received after the deadline or through any other method will not be accepted. Bids that are timely received will be publicly opened virtually online, and the name of each bidder and price submitted will be read aloud at that time. Prospective bidders may secure a copy of the documents required for submitting a bid at no charge through Euna Procurement by accessing the City's published solicitation page. All questions regarding this ITB shall be in writing and directed to the Purchasing Technician. Prospective bidders will be provided with all information regarding this ITB, addenda, and changes to the project requirements through the Euna e-Procurement Platform. The City of Ocoees previous sewer mainline installation projects left sewer lateral cleanouts for properties to connect to. This downtown septic to sewer project involves the proper abandonment of approximately 45 septic tanks and connection of 41 properties to central sewer. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits, such as the OSTDS abandonment permits, City of Ocoee New Connection Permit, ROW Permits, etc. All Work shall be per the Scope of Work/Specifications of this contract For each property, the work to abandon OSTDS, connect to Central Sewer, final restoration, and other requirements shall be completed within sixty (60)calendar days of each propertys Notice to Proceed by the City of Ocoee. All time periods begin from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed, as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions (Commencement of Contract Time; Notice to Proceed). 2.2 All work in the contract shall be finalized by November 1st, 2028 Question Deadline 01/13/2026 at 2:00 PM ET
