Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

Sealed bids are requested for furnishing and delivery of new aluminum boardwalk railings and post assemblies. Bids must be electronically uploaded; no physical bids will be received, opened, or honored. Bid submissions must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars, made payable to the City of Atlantic City. A copy of the bid guarantee must be included electronically, and the original mailed to the City of Atlantic City Purchasing Department prior to bid opening. The bid bond may also be provided in certified check or cashier's check in accordance with the general requirements. Bidders must comply with the requirements of relevant New Jersey statutes and administrative codes. Bid results will be posted on the designated platform within 24 hours of the opening.
