Sealed bids are to be received by the City of Atlantic City for "Emergency Traffic Signal Device Repair & Traffic Pole Knockdown Services." Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Procurement platform on BidNet Direct. Specifications and instructions are available on the bid platform. Each bid submission must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000, made payable to the City of Atlantic City. A copy of the bid guarantee must be included with the electronic submission, with the original sent by mail to the City of Atlantic City's Purchasing Department. Bidders must also comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The bid results will be posted on the BidNet Direct platform within 24 hours of the bid opening.
