The selected consultant will provide on-call support services related to engineering design, biological (habitat preservation) and environmental pre-design and pre-construction surveys, permitting support, geological logging and well design services during construction, and other tasks related to construction, improvement, or destruction projects. The consultant's staff must include a registered geologist or civil engineer with significant hydrogeological expertise, a staff biologist, and an electrical engineer. Task orders for all work will be issued by DWMR staff, and for tasks with well-defined scopes and schedules, the consultant will provide one to two-page scopes of work and cost proposals. Tasks may include consulting support for groundwater monitoring and extraction wells (approx. 40%), consulting support for permitting, design, and operation of treatment facilities for contaminated water (approx. 40%), and additional construction support as requested (approx. 20%). Proposers must adhere to the specified proposal format. Proposals shall not exceed 10 pages and must include a cover letter with various confirming statements, a brief profile of the proposer, a plan for delivering services consistent with the scope of work, resumes of key staff, a narrative of relevant experience, and three references. Pricing must be submitted in the form of a proposed rate sheet, uploaded separately from the main proposal. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: January 2, 2026
