Bids will be received for the following categories: Roofing Improvement - Section 2 SE, located at DeKalb County Central United School District Middle School located at 3338 County Road 427, Waterloo, IN 46793. Roofing Improvement - Section CC & W located at DeKalb County Central United School District High School located at 3424 County Road 427, Waterloo, IN 46793. Bids shall be received for Unified Bid, as described on the plans and specifications. Proposals shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the drawings, instructions, and specifications as prepared and on file in the office of Basic Elements Design, 4529 E 500 S, Markle, Indiana 46770, and the Central Office of 3326 County Road 427, Waterloo, IN 46793. All bids shall be properly and completely executed on State Board of Accounts Form 96 with non- collusion affidavit as required by the Statutes of Indiana. Bidders will be required to file with their bids a Bid Bond or a Certified Check, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of their maximum bid or bids submitted. No bids shall be withdrawn without the consent of the Owner for a period of 60 calendar days after the date and time set for receipt 30 of bids. Successful bidders will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor 31 Material Payment Bond in accordance with Article 7, Instruction to Bidders. Such bonds shall be written in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. DeKalb County Central United School District reserves the right to assignment of any or all work to a school holding corporation formed under Indiana law. DeKalb County Central United School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid, and may waive informalities in bids.
