Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of materials and the performance of labor necessary for the DeKalb County Central United School District Restroom Pavilions (Pavilion A at 3338 Co Rd 427, Waterloo, IN 46793 and Pavilion B at 3424 County Rd. 31, Auburn, IN 46076). All work shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Garmann/Miller & Associates, Inc. A lump sum bid is required for the project. 3326 COUNTY RD. 427, WATERLOO, IN 46793 / 3424 COUNTY RD. 31, AUBURN, IN 46076 All bids must be submitted using Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96 (Current Revision) and any additional forms provided by the Architect, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project name. Each bid must be submitted in duplicate on the blank form provided by the Architect. A bid security in the form of a certified check payable to DeKalb County Central United School District or a surety company Bid Bond (AIA A310-2010) in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid must accompany each bid. Bidders are required to include all information and documents mandated by IC 36-1-12-4. No bidder may withdraw their bid for sixty (60) days after opening.
