Scope of Work The Town of Longboat Key (Town) is currently seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) communication tower. The awarded contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, supervision and labor. The scope of work will also include the complete removal of existing communication equipment. This Proposal is being solicited in accordance with the Procurement Requirements for Federal grants, as provided in Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200 - Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, Procurement Standards, paragraphs 200.317 to 200.326 and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Regulations as incorporated herein in order to be eligible for reimbursement under the Public Assistance Program "any Actual or Prospective Bidder or Person Who is Allegedly Aggrieved in the Connection With the Solicitation or Pending Award of a Contract May Protest to the Purchasing Manager. Bids will include the complete removal of the existing communication equipment.
