Description

Bids must include: a lump-sum bid amount (covering all materials, labor, and equipment), itemized cost breakdown (labor, materials, electrical, trim, mobilization, etc.), project timeline and estimated completion date, company background with relevant experience and references, proof of insurance (general liability and workers compensation), W-9 and any applicable contractor licensing or certification, bid guaranty in the form of a bid bond or certified check in accordance with Ohio law, and any other legally required documents.
