Lawrence County is soliciting sealed proposals for repairs of the County Recorder’s, Treasurer’s Office, and Maintenance Room which include demolition preparation and finishes, existing electrical, existing plumbing, existing HVAC, and miscellaneous work. Full objectives and the scope of work can be picked up in the Commissioners Office. Bidders must submit a lumpsum bid amount inclusive of all materials, labor, and equipment, an itemized cost breakdown, project timeline and estimated completion date, company background with relevant experience and references, proof of insurance (general liability and workers compensation), W-9, applicable contractor licensing or certification, and any other documents required by law. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive requirements. The project is subject to Ohio Prevailing Wage Law.
