These Services are required for the design and renovation of an existing building into a 24-hour Homeless Services Center (Project). The RFQ # Service Center 2026-01 Packet consists of the following documents: RFQ # Service Center 2026-01, existing building information, W-9 form, and a sample service agreement including additional terms and conditions Key to the success of this Project will be the design of a space that meets the needs of the shelter operator and the Service Center clients. The intent of this Project is to also provide discrete green space that is for the benefit of Service Center clients. This green space may require selective demolition of a portion of the building. SCOPE OF SERVICES The successful candidate shall agree to contract with the City in the form of a Professional Services Agreement (sample included in RFQ Packet) to provide architectural design services and construction inspection services for the City of Fort Wayne Scope of Services will include: * Consultation with City and Service provider to gain full understanding of Project vision * Expedited delivery of a demolition scope of work, along with demolition preparation tasks * Design of space that incorporates industry best practices to achieve center services goals * Incorporate CEPTED and other security design features to ensure safety The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
