Alvin ISD is seeking proposals for the Child Nutrition – Passmore Line Remodel Project under a one-year term. The awarded vendor(s) will deliver all products directly to the designated campus. Upon award, purchase orders will be processed to the vendor, who must contact Child Nutrition with an anticipated delivery date. All contracted service providers must comply with Texas Education Code Section 22.083 regarding background checks and fingerprinting for individuals coming into contact with students. Vendors must submit an original proposal with all required backup documents. Proposals must be submitted on time and follow the format instructions specified. Pricing should be submitted in Auto Quote or a similar format. Alternate bids must include backup specification sheets. Deliveries are to be made to Melba Passmore Elementary School, and must be scheduled with the AISD Child Nutrition Department. Pricing should include shipping costs per item. Alvin ISD does not pay down payments; full payment is processed upon receipt of items. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and makes no guarantee regarding purchase quantities.
