Site work and paving for a civil project in Alvin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 05, 2026, the project was awarded to Trans-Tex Construction LLC, with an awarded amount of $2,633,583.90.** Project scope shall include the installation of approximately 3,125 LF of 8" PVC waterline; 4,345 LF of 8" PVC gravity sanitary sewer; 2,280 LF of 24"-60" RCP storm sewer; and 14,455 SY of 6" concrete paving. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings, including, but not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts. Question Deadline 02/03/2026: Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the website for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening.
