As of January 30, 2026, the project was awarded to RA Miller Contruction, with an awarded amount of $305,944.37. Install sidewalks on the west side of Wasserman Road from Victor Court to just south of Imperial Drive. Curb, storm structures, and drive aprons will be modified where necessary to accommodate sidewalk. Construct sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, and pedestrian crossings on Hancock Ave, Parrish Ave, and Hensley Ave in the City of Hamilton to increase connectivity to Crawford Woods Elementary School. All bidders shall be prequalified by ODOT for the appropriate type of work. Prequalifications must be in place at bidding, award, and throughout the life of the contract. The award for this project will be determined based upon the lowest base bid. Alternates and Add Alternates will not be utilized in the determination of the apparent low bidder. The electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is a Federal Prevailing Wage project. No bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
