The scope of work includes site clearing and demolition, staging, temporary fences and barricades, temporary seeding and erosion control, and other temporary facilities. It also requires hazardous materials abatement and permits, utility removal and coordination with the authority having jurisdiction as shown on the plans, demolition of the existing North Hall building and associated parking removal and restoration as shown on the plans, and implementation of erosion control necessary to control runoff from the site until vegetation is re-established on the site. The Single Prime Contractor is responsible for all work shown and described in the project documents.
