Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility.

Commercial Industrial Builders, Inc. is requesting sealed bids from qualified sub-contractors and suppliers for the construction of the Agriculture Education Building at West Texas A&M University, Nance Ranch, Randall County, Texas. The work includes construction of a conventional slab-on-grade, structural steel/metal free-standing building, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; fire suppression system; well and septic system; and site improvements and enhancements. The project is partially funded through U.S. Department of Agriculture Grants and is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Guidelines. Bidders must ensure all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials are produced in the United States unless a waiver is in place. A Build America, Buy America Certificate of Certification Letter must be submitted with each bid.
