It promotes a healthy walking environment for children, adults, and the elderly, fostering safe and efficient transportation for all modes of travel. The project will provide safe, accessible sidewalk connections to schools, community centers, and transit points. All facilities will meet the latest American with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. The design will consider roadway design, drainage design, and utility coordination as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
