Escambia County Waste Services Department located at 13009 Beulah Road Cantonment, FL is seeking proposals from certified surveyors to provide topographic surveying services for the Perdido Landfill site. Services requested will be over a period of 3 years with the option to renew an additional 2 years beyond, 1 at a time. This will be awarded to only one vendor. Work is to be performed 6 times within each fiscal year with the first flight scheduled upon award of contract and continuing bi-monthly. Area consists of approximately 378 Acres. Area outlined in attached pdf file. A KMZ has been included in this item. Deliverables include o LiDAR survey with control points totaling ~378 Acres o Control point quantity determined by contractor o 1-foot contours ( .dwg / .shp file o Digital Terrain Model file (DTM) o Digital Surface Model file (DSM) o Digital Elevation Model file (DEM) o XML point cloud file o Aerial Imagery o Signed survey report from certified surveyor Question Deadline 12/23/2025 at 10:00 AM CT submitted to the Office of Purchasing via email through the e-procurement portal hosted by OpenGov, Attention: Tammy StraughnPurchasing Coordinatortmbaker1@myescambia.com.
