It is the purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Services (PS) to engage a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pre-qualified consulting engineering firm (hereinafter referred to as the CONSULTANT) must provide pre-qualification for 2.0 Project Development Environmental Studies, to provide professional Project Development & Environment (PD&E) services for: The extension of Quintette Road West - Phase 2 (CR184), will be designed as a two-lane roadway, west from Woodland Hill Subdivision to the future Woodland Parkway intersection, approximately 1.0 miles in length. The extension will feature a new rural roadway with 12-foot travel lanes, 5-foot paved shoulders, stormwater conveyance, a 10-foot multiuse path and a crossing at Jacks Branch. Escambia County reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any and all submissions, in whole or part, to utilize any applicable state contracts in lieu of or in addition to this solicitation, and to accept the proposal that in its judgment will best serve the interest of the County.
