Renovation of a military facility in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Repair and recapitalization of Wharf Bravo will be performed under a design-bid-build, firm-fixed-price construction contract. Work includes construction services associated with heavy and civil engineering activities classified under NAICS 237990. The project carries a magnitude between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 and will be executed as a rated order certified for national defense use with a DPAS rating of DO-C2. Pre-proposal inquiries must be submitted no later than ten calendar days before the solicitation closing date, and all correspondence is directed via email to the contracting representative. Facsimile submission of offers, amendments, or modifications is not authorized, and offerors must complete blocks 14 through 20c as instructed. Location: NAS Pensacola, Florida Question Deadline 03/30/2026 Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs) are due ten (10) calendar days prior to the closing date of the solicitation. All correspondence regarding this solicitation shall be via email to Deborah Torrence at deborah.d.torrence2.civ@us.navy.mil. Those attending the Pre-Proposal Conference and/or Site Visit require Naval Air Station Pensacola access. No firearms are allowed, and all visitors and vehicles are subject to search and seizure.
