Provide all labor and materials for the installation of traffic signal installations at the Fort Meigs Road/Coe Court intersection. The work is subject to the provisions of State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates. The contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Contractors and all subcontractors are required to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023. Bidders must confirm compliance with wage and fringe benefit requirements including: - Providing healthcare benefits to employees as a standard part of compensation. - Providing retirement benefits to employees as a standard part of compensation. - Hiring employees who are either enrolled in a certified apprenticeship program, have completed one, or have at least five years of documented experience in the field.
