This project was awarded to US Utility Contractor in the amount of $322,452.04 Bids are being solicited for the furnishing of necessary labor and materials for the CITY OF PERRYSBURG FORT MEIGS ROAD/COE COURT SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS. Bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express using the forms provided by the City. Paper and fax copies are not accepted. Free registration on Bid Express allows review and printing of project plans. To submit a bid electronically, a Digital ID as well as a per bid fee or monthly subscription is required. Each bid must include a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. The project is within Perrysburg city limits and is subject to City Income Tax collection. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered, and to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Question Deadline 01/12/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Questions relating to the interpretation of the Contract Documents should be directed to the Engineer, Service Director, or Law Director. This project consists of installing a new traffic signal at the intersections of Fort Meigs Road and Coe Court. The project will include all work necessary to have operational signals at the end of the project. The 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein. City of Perrysburg Specifications and Standard Drawings shall also be adhered to where applicable and are available at the City of Perrysburg Engineering Department, 127 West Fifth Street, Perrysburg, OH 43551. State prevailing wages shall apply. All work is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection. The project will be awarded based on the Total of the Base Bid and any Alternates that are accepted
