The City of Perrysburg, Ohio is inviting qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for construction inspection services for the following project: Construction Inspection Services for WOO SR 25-21.28 W Boundary MUP (PID 117684). The project aims to enhance safety for pedestrians and bicyclists by adding a multi-use path on Dixie Highway (SR 25) and West Boundary Street, from the end of the existing path on the north side of the diverging diamond north to Indiana Avenue. The selected firm will provide construction inspection services required to construct the multi-use path. All firms must be prequalified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for Construction Management and demonstrate familiarity with all forms, submittals, and policies necessary to inspect the project. Statements of Qualification must be submitted by the specified deadline to be considered.
