Southern Water & Sewer District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from consulting engineering firms to provide design, bidding, construction administration, and inspection services for the SWSD Water Treatment Plant and Intake Improvements Project - Phase in Floyd County, Kentucky. Firms will be ranked on their written submissions according to the criteria set forth in the RFQ package. The District reserves the right to schedule interviews with any or all respondents or to reject any or all proposals. Qualified DBEs, MBEs, and WOSBs are encouraged to respond.
