Provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction of the Stagg High School Safety Fencing Project in accordance with the lease-leaseback structure described in Education Code section 17406, et seq. Respondents must submit a completed Statement of Qualifications along with a proposal, delivering five bound copies, one unbound copy, and one electronic copy on USB flash drive, conforming to the specified requirements. Oral, telegraphic, facsimile, telephone, or email submissions will not be accepted. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered and qualified to perform public work as stipulated by applicable labor codes and must be prequalified as required. First tier electrical, mechanical, and plumbing subcontractors must be prequalified before submitting bids. The project is subject to labor compliance monitoring and enforcement of prevailing wage and skilled and trained workforce requirements.
